6-12 months is the standard. However, there’s no better time than right now!

A non-refundable deposit (payable by cash, check or credit  card) is required to reserve and block a date for you.

14 days in advance of your reception or at the time of final consultation, whichever comes first.

Absolutely. And your date will be held once the agreement is signed.

Dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis. We do not hold any dates.

Cancellations over 60 days out are subject to loss of deposit only. Cancellations under 60 days are subject to loss of deposit and a cancellation fee.

We have been in business since 1993 and have never canceled an event.

Yes. If your venue requires a “Certificate of Insurance” one can be provided.

No way! That’s on our time, not yours.

There are no travel fees in the Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson county areas.

Yes –  final consultation is suggested around 3 weeks prior via in-person, phone or Skype.

Bottom line –  we work for you! We’ll offer you suggestions, but you’re the boss.

You bet. Party Machine DJs know how to follow your wants to a tee. They know how to graciously handle a guest who asks for a song on your DNP list.

Yes, as long as it’s ok with you.

Only if it is discussed with you prior to the event.

Only when directed by you. The Party Machine will NOT hand a live mic to any guest.

Once your questionnaire and music requests have been submitted, Party Machine owner Jeff Hayes will identify the right DJ and MC for your event. Your team will be carefully chosen to deliver YOUR DAY, YOUR WAY!

Every effort is made to accommodate requests, but Party Machine reserves the right to assign staff as needed to provide the best possible service.

The Party Machine never books 100% of our staff working on any particular day, so there is ALWAYS backup staff.

Usually 60-90 minutes prior to your paid start time, depending on the package.

With an MC/DJ team your entertainment is non-stop.

Only if you feel they went the extra mile and gave you exactly what you asked for. Tips are not required, but very much appreciated when deserved and given.

Yes, if possible. But please don’t increase your headcount numbers. Our team will grab a bite quickly after your guests have been served. And our staff operates under a No Alcohol drinking policy.

Party Machine MC/DJ teams dress in attire appropriate to the event.

No – just a small table top display sign about the size of a shoe box top.

It’s offered as part of Party Machine’s 4 and 5-hour packages, as long as the ceremony and reception are in the same location.

The weekend prior to your event. This is necessary so our team can finalize your months of planning.

Yes, if your venue allows. Overtime fee due as soon as that decision is made.

We offer specials during certain times of the year and at some events.
